Shipping/Delivery Charges

Delivery can be made to the UK and Channel Islands, Europe and the Rest of the World. As we have representation in Spain, we are GPSR compliant and therefore able to fulfil orders to all EU countries. Most orders are dispatched via Royal Mail; however, other couriers may be used.

For UK orders, we aim to deliver within 2–3 days of receipt. For orders going outside the UK, we aim to deliver within 5–10 days. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Any timescales are indicative only.

Delivery charges are listed below and will be added to your order at the time of confirmation.

Returns/Cancellations

If your product is faulty and you return it to us in its original packaging with the invoice within 15 days, we will refund the full purchase price. We will refund the carriage costs if the return is due to an error on our part; otherwise, delivery charges will not be refunded.

If you are unhappy with your goods, please notify us within 7 working days of receipt. The goods should be returned in their original packaging. We will refund your payment within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. You must take all reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and return them in an ‘as purchased’ condition.

If you receive your order and decide you wish to exchange it for another item of the same price, we are happy to offer an exchange, provided the original item is returned undamaged and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

Import Duties

Import duties are taxes that a government charges on goods brought into a country from abroad. These taxes are added to the cost of items and can affect how much people pay. Import duties are meant to help protect local businesses by making foreign products more expensive.

Orders to the USA

For orders delivered to the United States, a 20% additional charge will be applied at checkout. This surcharge covers the duties and taxes required for import, so your order can clear customs without any further fees payable on delivery.

Orders to All Other International Destinations

For all other orders delivered outside the UK and USA, any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country will be the customer’s responsibility. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. If applicable, they will be collected by the local customs authority before your parcel can be delivered.
Please be aware that we cannot control these fees and do not know how much they will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Make sure to follow all the laws and rules of the country where the products are going. We are not responsible if you break any of those laws.
