Like so many of us across the globe, I feel immensely sad about the passing of our Queen. The urge to draw the late monarch on the 8th of September was stronger than ever so I put down my phone, shut my computer, muted my emails and turned off the telly so I could draw. It was a nice way to spend time alone and reflect on everything she had done and the sacrifices she made during her 70-year reign. I received lots of lovely feedback and a few requests from stockists to create a range and so I have decided to create a small collection featuring my portrait.
