Ownership of Rights
No material may be copied or reproduced without our permission.
Payment & Prices
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you. Risk of the goods will pass to you on delivery to you. All prices are in pounds sterling (£).
Accuracy of content
Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of our website and other sales leaflets and marketing material, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. While the colour reproduction is a close representation, every printed item is individual and variations in actual goods may occur.
Personal information will not be divulged to third parties other than for the purposes of product delivery.
If your product is faulty and you return it to us in its original packaging with the invoice within 15 days, we will refund the full cost of the product. We will refund the cost of carriage if the return is a result of error on our behalf, otherwise delivery charges will not be refunded. If you are unhappy with your goods please notify us no later than 7 working days after receipt. The goods should be returned, in their original packaging. We will refund your payment within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. You must take all reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and return them in an ‘as purchased’ condition. If you receive your order and decide you wish to exchange it for another item of the same price, we are happy to offer an exchange providing the original item is sent back, undamaged and in it’s original packaging within 7 days of you receiving it. If you wish to exchange your item for another that is of a higher value, then please contact us first at [email protected] before returning the item.
Damages or Loss
If there are any problems with your order, please advise us immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please state if your goods were damaged on arrival. We ask that you keep all paperwork relating to your delivery to allow us to investigate with the courier company responsible for the delivery.
